Jade Bajeot is associate member of the laboratory TRACES UMR 5608 of the University of Toulose 2, Jean Jaurès. She is involved in various archaeological projects and excavations such as Tell el-Iswid directed by Nathalie Buchez and the Aswan-Kom Ombo Archaeological Project directed by Maria Carmela Gatto and Antonio Curci. Her research focuses on Predynastic Egypt and pottery technology with the aim of better understanding the predynastic society and the dynamics that led to the birth of the Egyptian state.
